What Is PaddleFit?
PaddleFit is a complete fitness system that takes you through a full body workout on a paddleboard. PaddleFit Coach Lisa G adapts the intensity to each participant in the class. The class starts out by teaching the basics of paddle techniques and warm up. Intervals of speed paddling, coaching, and board based exercises are continuous with amazing levels of HR max achieved in each workout as well as core conditioning and balance. Class ends with Yoga based stretching as you float on the boards. PaddleFit classes will be scheduled at Frenchman's and Donner so look at the online schedule for those field trips during the summer months of July, August and September. Sign ups will be available by clicking on the link above and searching for your preferred dates Classes can be scheduled at any time by request and group discounts are always available. How To Sign Up
You have several options to join PaddleFit: Sign up online for as a drop in. The second option is to buy a pack of 4 classes at a discount. The 3rd option is to become a monthly member of our unlimited classes. All pricing can be found online from the link above. The unlimited option includes a fitness assessment, body comp and before and after pictures to show your amazing transformation. PaddleFit burns up to 1000 calories per hour and sheds body fat while building lean muscle in a way that feels like fun not work. Race Training is for all Levels of Fitness. We will start weekly classes in April. Classes will start out by teaching all the students the basics of the forward stoke and continue progressing the classes each week with the students to include interval training, race starts, buoy turns, fitness on the paddleboards, and more. Body composition and strength changes are immediate. Space is limited so sign up online, but call your trainer Lisa G first to get additional pricing information and questions answered for those who have their own equipment and or those who want to start out with private training before joining a class.
